Things just got easier.
The new Branches feature is out and configuring your site has never been simpler.

That being said, the zFairs Wiki now contains a lot of irrelevant steps on how to do things. Please be patient with us as we work to get everything updated to match the new and improved zFairs and, as always, thank you for partnering with us. Thanks to you and the many others in our community the future is getting Brighter.

Running a Science Fair, History Day Contest, Invention Convention, or any other type of Fair, Contest, or Competition has never been easier. The zFairs platform takes a lot of the management headache out of the equation and lets you focus more on the Participants and Judges you will be working with.

Be sure to review and get your Network situated for your events. Below is the whitelisting information any IT individual will need for this. To take full advantage of our tools and systems, you will want to ensure your network is fully allowed to access our tools.

Sample Letter to IT

If you are struggling to connect or use our services, you may need to involve your IT team. Here is a template to make that easier.

Hi IT,

We're partnering with zFairs and need to make sure services are available to our staff and students while on our network. We will be using zFairs video conferencing solutions in conjunction with our event. Can you ensure these services are accessible on our network. You can test the video conferencing services by having three different devices browse to https://jitsi.zfairs.com/video-test where at least one of the devices is on the network. While on this page you should be able to hear and see the other person.

You can see zFairs' network requirements at https://wiki.zfairs.com/index.php?title=Network_requirements

Thank you,
