How to Archive your fair
- Sign into your zFairs site with your Admin account
- Click the gray info icon (i) in the bottom-right
- Search Refresh
- Click Open next to Refresh Your Event (also listed as Refresh/Archive Your Event)
- Follow the step-by-step wizard to archive previous information and prepare for your next event
- Review options carefully:
- Which user types to remove (you can keep judges)
- Whether to reset remaining accounts to first-time login
- Archive Before Date if early registrations already exist
- Confirm only when you are sure — archive cannot be undone
