How to Change My Password (Instructions for Any User to Change Their Own Password):

1. Log in.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Change Password".
4. Enter the old password and add/verify the new password.
5. Select "Change Password".

How to Reset My Password When I have Forgotten My Password:

1. Click "Forgot Password/Username".
2. Type in your first and last name and email address.
3. Click "Recover Username & Password".
4. An email will be sent to the email address you provided to remind you of your username.
5. Click on the link provided in the email.
6. Enter and verify your new password.
7. Click "Change Password".

Staff members and admins can changes the password for others.

To Change a Student Password:

1. Login
2. Click on Students to view to view all of your students
3. Click on the student whose password you need to change
4. Then click on Change Password
5. You will be asked to enter a new password and confirm the password
6. Save the new password
7. Tell the student the new password

To Change All Other User Passwords:

1. Login
2. Click on "Staff Tools" and select "Directory"
3. Click on the edit button (pencil) for the person whose password you need to change
4. Click on "Change Password"
5. Type in the new password and confirm the password
6. Click the "Change Password" button
7. Tell the person their new password
