Account Widget
This shows the account of the user who is logged in. It provides a quick view of their profile photo (if asked for one), their email address, and a quick Logout button.
There is only a single config (Content - Main Page Show Account Widget ) that controls this widget (show or don't show) and no other steps are needed to set it up.
Location Widget
This shows a description of any location you want to share for your event. Most event directors use this to show the location of the event, but there are description areas you can indicate what the location is for. Users can also get access to a map link to help them find where they need to go.
- Open the Location Widget Manager
- Click +Add
- Give the location a label (how you want it to appear in the widget)
- Set the sort order
- Provide a link to a map (a URL)
- Input any details about the location
- Enter the address (lines 1-4)
- Save
Important Links Widget
This widget provides a place you can provide quick links to External sites/online documents, or internal/site page locations.
- Open the Important Links Widget Manager
- Click +Add
- Give the link a label (how you want it to appear in the widget)
- Set the sort order
- Check the box if you want it to open in a new window
- Choose a Font Awesome Icon (not required)
- Select your Link Type (only choose one type)
- External Link - Alternate website or link that takes you out of the zFairs site
- Page Link - Link to a page you created in zFairs
- System Link - Link to a page that exists as a set page in zFairs (dropdown will provide you with options)
- Flex Flows - Only use if you have a flex flow set up
- Choose who can access the link. Check the box if you want the user to be logged in, meaning if they aren’t logged in, anyone with access to your site URL can access this link (not required)
- Choose a user type if wanting to restrict access to the link to a certain user. A dropdown menu will provide you with user options (not required)

Schedule Widget
This widget gives a quick view of the event’s schedule. You can set groupings in the schedule manager if there are multiple events on a given day, or if they pertain to a particular event that takes place multiple days.
- Open the Schedule Widget Date Manager
- Click +Add
- Give the date a label (how you want it to appear in the widget)
- Give a sub label. A sub label will put in parenthesis more detail of what the event is or who it is for (not required)
- Set the sort order
- Check the box if you want to show this date in the widget. This can be helpful to organize what is shown when to keep the schedule up to date and not crowded
- If you want several events to be grouped together, give the group a name and the labels of the event will show under the group title
- Set the date and end date if wanted
- Choose from the drop down menu if you have a system date (like registration start). You will need to input the date in the associated configuration for the date to show up in the schedule widget.
- Set your access information for who can see the dates set. Check the box if you want the user to be logged in, meaning if they aren’t logged in, anyone with access to your site URL can see this on the schedule (not required)
