From zFairs Contest Management
As an admin user you will have all the same privileges that a Staff user has as well as some extra abilities.
Update Button Text
- Click "Staff"
 - Click "Fair Setup"
 - Under "Tools" click "Customize System Text"
 - If the value has an edit pen to the left you can click on that pen
 - Enter the desired text
 - Click "Save Changes"
 
Connect to Stripe for Credit Card Payments
- Click "Staff"
 - Click "Fair Settings"
 - Click "Settings"
 - Under "Fair Features & Settings" click the tab "Registration Fees"
 - Click "Connect to Stripe"
 - Follow the instructions on the page to set up
 
Enable Credit Card Payments
- Click "Staff"
 - Click "Fair Setup"
 - Click "Settings"
 - Under "Fair Features & Settings" click the tab "Registration Fees"
 - Click "Accept Credit/Debit Card payments via your merchant account"
 - Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"
 
Request Payout of Credit Card Payments
- Click "Staff"
 - Click "Fair Setup"
 - Under "Tools" click "Payout Request"
 - Fill in the information and click "Save"
 
Specify that the School is Paying Registration Fee
- Click "Create Account"
 - Click "Schools"
 - Click "Register Another School"
 - Fill in the school information and select "This school is paying for registration fees; don't ask students."
- If the school has already been entered you can click on the school and "Edit Selected School" you can then make change
 
 - Click "Save"
 
Promote/Advance Projects
- Click Staff
 - Click Promote/Advance Projects"
 - Select the fair and the awards to advance
 
Mass Imports of Schools/Students/Teachers (For History Contests)
- Click "Staff"
 - Click "Import Student Projects"
 - Follow the instructions on the page
