Adding group items to the store

1. Open Store Items Manager
2. Click Add
3. First build the group/package header:

1. • Give the header a name that describes what the user is looking for
   • Select who can purchase the items
   • Upload an image if wanted and provide a description or instructions
   • For item cost, enter 1 or 0 (dollar amount). Because this is a header for grouped items of varying prices, keep this as an undisclosed/placeholder amount
   • Item Type matters: it can open extra fields (e.g. housing package for chaperones/roommates). If unsure, choose normal or leave empty for a simple dropdown
   • Select the Filter option in the Group Item field so you can attach items to this group
   • Leave Group With Item blank
   • Save

Adding an item to the group

Same process with these differences:

• Name the item
• Select who can purchase it — the header often sells to anyone; individual items can hide options from certain user types
• Pictures/descriptions of items in a group usually don’t show in the dropdown — can leave blank
• Give the item a real price
• Leave Item Type and Group Item empty
• In Group with Item, select the header name to attach the item
• Save and repeat for each package item
