From zFairs Contest Management
The zFairs Community is always churning out great ideas and we're thrilled to put them in place. We take new feature requests and slot them in to our roadmap for the future, free of charge and typically on a first come first served basis. You can rest assured that we will always be working to get you the tools you need to thrive no matter what curve balls life sends our way.
New Features
People page and Registration Overhaul Details
- Continuing or Starting a Registration as an Admin / Staff user allows you to bypass the email verification
- You can also bypass changing the password
- Viewing & Editing a person's profile information opens in a new tab so you can have multiple people open at a time
- Linking projects on the People Page now includes a project search so you don't have to know the project key to pair them up correctly
- First Time Login now takes users through all of the questions a registering user of the same type would see
- Profile Images now support instructional text letting you specify exactly what you need from each of your users
- Teachers can now see their partially registered students and help them complete that process
- Enhanced Temp User progress bar shows you just how close to completion your new users are and what page they are on in the flow
Paperwork Manager Enhancements
- Paperwork can now be made part of registration
- Paperwork also shows with each entry found in the student / participant profile
- You can now set different freeze dates for each individual paperwork upload
- Teachers, District Coord, Staff & Admin can now mark Student’s Paperwork as Ready for Review on the Paperwork Review page
- You can now specify to include or hide each File / Form type from the Showcase
- School Information added to Paperwork Review page
Reports
New reports have been added to the Report Viewer
Online Judging Enhancements
- Rubric Custom Questions Added to Online Judging
- Quick Comments Added to Online Judging
