The zFairs Community is always churning out great ideas and we're thrilled to put them in place. We take new feature requests and slot them in to our roadmap for the future. See what New Features have been added last month:
New Features as of August 2026
- Bulk Mailer History
- You can now see your history of emails sent through the bulk mailer! Go to the Bulk Mailer page and check out the new History tab added to the top.
- In this tab, you will not only see what emails you sent out, but you can also view all the details of who received the email, and edit or resend it if needed.
- Paperwork Review: Bulk Mark Ready Action
- Marking the status in Paperwork Review just got easier with the Bulk Mark Ready action. Now you can select multiple entries and mark them
Ready for Reviewand/orReady for Judging.

- Paperwork Review: Batched Email Notifications
- When sending comments and status changes for Paperwork Review, emails can now be delayed and sent all at once to participants instead of one at a time.
- Location: Set this up in the Form Packets Manager.
New Configuration Options
- Entry Status – Hide Status from Participants
- Function: Hides the entry status from participants on their user profiles.
- Participant’s Student ID as Username
- Function: Allows participants to use their Student ID as their username.
- Setup: Requires turning ON the configuration
