14:07:16 From Vickie Driver : In one round, can we assign science rubric to science projects and engineering rubric to the engineering projects?
14:08:43 From Elizabeth Kronberg : What is the minimum amount of scores needed for zScores?
14:09:47 From Ann Shioji : My test round score doesn’t look like your primary round: I can’t export scores to a CSV
14:09:50 From Dan Rojas : https://wiki.zfairs.com/index.php?title=Scoring
14:09:54 From Timara Underbakke MN : If you delete a score - can you UNdelete the score to put it back or will it be gone?
14:10:07 From Dan Rojas : Wiki.zfairs.com
14:10:22 From Dan Rojas : search for score
14:10:27 From Dan Rojas : https://wiki.zfairs.com/index.php?title=Scoring
14:11:20 From Timara Underbakke MN : so the final score is the weighted average of the rounds, all rounds considered. What about a round where not all students are included, such as a special round just for a category
14:11:24 From Nancy H - CO : Does this award places, or does the admin do that?
14:12:00 From Ann Shioji : Is the scoring the only way to take attendance for judging?
14:12:06 From Jacob P O'Connell : This is NOT scoring related, but when our students register they are asked to provide a project description and summary. WHERE is this accessible for staff/admin within the Project Dashboard?
14:12:32 From Ann Shioji : In rounds set up, what does “Times to judge” mean?
14:14:10 From Ann Shioji : I know if a student doesn’t show up, it counts as a 0, but I added quick question (Y/N) to my rubric to avoid this, but I can’t see where the scores are: is there a report that shows the rubric scores by student? Including responses to Y/N?
14:16:05 From Ann Shioji : On I see, thank you!
14:16:56 From Ann Shioji : So is there a report that allows all the scores to be exported to a CSV via the Judging Results Reviewer? Since I only had 1 test student, is this why I can’t see the CSV?
14:17:30 From Ann Shioji : Oh, wait sorry I saw the CSV but the individual scores are not there, just the average score (we need the rubric breakdown in a report)
14:19:14 From Nancy H - CO : There are some reports in the Report Viewer that are titled Judging Score Totals
14:21:03 From Timara Underbakke MN : in judges - management, you can assign awards by highest score. How is that overall score determined when there are multiple rounds. This applies to a rounds that may not contain all students due to a special requirement. If a student is missing from a round, how does that affect the students final score.
14:21:46 From Jacob P O'Connell : Thanks!
14:22:12 From Nancy H - CO : The description can also shows up on the Showcase
14:22:37 From MaryEileen : Who besides Admins/Staff can see the project description? Can judges view that somehow?
14:24:08 From Ann Shioji : My reports for judging don’t show my rubric breadkwon
14:24:37 From Sheila Weahkee : cannot find report with score details - just totals and averages
14:25:37 From Timara Underbakke MN : click on assign awards
14:28:56 From Ann Shioji : I was only able to see score details by clicking individually on each student, so it must populate somwhere?
14:30:00 From MaryEileen : Thank you again for the help!
14:30:00 From Nancy H - CO : Can you explain how a student can call in if they have no internet
14:30:27 From Nancy H - CO : Thanks!
14:30:34 From Elizabeth Kronberg : How do you assign placement if there is more than one 1st place but only done by scores not categores
14:31:20 From MaryEileen to zFairs(Direct Message) : Please notify everyone about the phone access answer - important in our poorer rural territory.
