Request Payout

If you are using our merchant account to collect fees and other purchases on your behalf, you will likely want your money once your contest is over. We generally wait about a month after your contest allowing you time to process any remaining refunds or outstanding invoices.

Once you are ready to have your payout follow the steps below.

1. Sign-in as an Admin
2. Go to Staff then click on Contest/Fair Setup
3. Click on Request Payout
4. Fill out tax payer information if it has not already been filled out, and click save
5. Press the Request Payout button
6. Done
