Entry Status

Entry Status is a way to track the status of projects. Advantages to using this method include being able to see the status on the People page and Student Detail Full report.

Enable Entry Status

First, you will need to enable Entry Status in the settings.

• Go to the Staff drop-down menu
• Click Settings
• Search "Entry Status"
• Select which settings you would like to enable for Entry Status.

Select entry status

There are 2 options to set the Entry Status for a project: Through the User Profile or through Paperwork Review.

User Profile

• Go to the people page and search for the participant
• Click on the icon next to their name and select Edit/View Participant
• Go to the Entry tab
• The Entry status will show above the Project ID

Paperwork

• Go to the Paperwork tab
• Click Review
• Click on the status above the Manage button and select the status
