Easily send a quick email message to all of your students, judges, teachers, volunteers, or staff members. Please note: The recipients of these emails will not be able respond by clicking "reply"; it is recommended that you provide an email address where they can direct their responses, as needed.

How to Send an Email via the Bulk Mailer:

  1. Log in to your site with your Admin/Staff Username and Password.
  2. Click on "Staff Tools" and "Email - Students, Teachers, Volunteers, or Staff".
  3. Next to "To:" select to group of users you would like to address in the email message.
  4. Type in the "Subject" of your email message.
  5. Type the "Message" you would like to quickly get out to this particular group of users.
  6. If you type "$NAME$" at the beginning of the message, the message will address each individual recipient with their name.
  7. We suggest adding a similar caption at the bottom of your email message: "Please do not respond to this email by clicking "reply". If you would like to respond or have any questions regarding this message, please email us at __________ or call ___________."
  8. Click "Send".
  9. Please note: You will not be able to receive correspondence from your email recipients via the site. This feature has been created to get quick messages out to your fair participants, judges, teachers, volunteers or staff members.
