Auto Plop pulls together judges and students that are ready for the interview/judging process. Students and Judges that are ready simply push the I'm Ready button and the system will connect them.
Configure Auto Plop
- Sign in to your zFairs site as a staff member or judge
- Go to Settings found under Staff -> Fair/Contest Setup
- In the Online Judging Section
- Auto Plop Settings
- Enable Auto Plop by the Turn on Auto Plop checkbox
- Specific How many and times of judges needed to start an interview. (Interview only consist of one project/entry)
- Determining plopping, which projects are assigned to judges. You can have the judges select a category inside of the online judging app, allowing them to move around and judge where and what they will. Or you can have the system assign categories based off of judging preferences.
