Auto Plop

From zFairs Contest Management
Auto Plop pulls together ready and available judges and auto places them with ready and available students, placing them in an Interview Room together once a match has been found. Auto Plop filters everything by Category, either a selected category or a preference based category, so that the right judges meet with the right students as soon as everyone is available to do so.
Auto Plop also seamlessly handles team projects pulling all of the students on the team, who have indicated that they are ready, into the room with judges at the same time. That being said, Auto Plop doesn't need all of the teammates signed in to pull who is currently ready into the room. When the first student on a given team indicates that they are ready, the project is added to the Auto Plop list and enters the Auto Plop queue. When the time comes for that project to be pulled into a room with judges the system will pull in all students on that project who have indicated that they are ready.
Students who miss the initial pull into the room with judges can click on the blue Enter Virtual Judging Room button on the Virtual Contest page, this is the same page where they find the green I'm Ready button. They'll be placed into the same room with their teammates and the applicable judges even though they weren't part of the initial pull for Auto Plop.
