Invoice Management
Go to Staff → Invoice Management.
Search for the student’s name and select their invoice:
Refund a payment
After the payment is refunded, you can delete the user from the People page (click name → Delete):
Delete paid users without refund
If you do not want to process refunds for students being deleted, turn on:
Participants - Registration Fee - Allow Users with Paid Fees to be deleted Without a Refund
