Delete and Restore Accounts

Delete partially registered / incomplete accounts

1. Open the Create Account drop-down
2. Click Partially Registered
3. Find the profile (Ctrl+F / Find on page helps)
4. Click the red Remove button

On the People page, clicking the icon (not the name) of a student with an incomplete account also allows delete.

Setting: Registration - Partial/Temp Registration Kept For X Days auto-deletes incomplete accounts after the configured period. Allow enough time for late finishers.

Delete, refund, and restore accounts

To restore a deleted account, click the i and search for Restore deleted user or entry. Click Edit:

Search for the account, click Manage, then Restore Account:
