Schedule Widget

This widget gives a quick view of the event’s schedule. You can group items when multiple events fall on a day, or when an event spans multiple days.

Setup

1. Open the Schedule Widget Date Manager
2. Click +Add
3. Give the date a label (how it should appear in the widget)
4. Give a sub label (shown in parentheses with more detail; optional)
5. Set the sort order
6. Check show this date in the widget when you want it visible (helps keep the schedule current and uncrowded)
7. Optionally give a group name so related labels appear under a group title
8. Set the date and end date if wanted
9. Optionally choose a system date (e.g. registration start). Enter the date in the related configuration so it appears here
10. Set access: require login if needed; optionally restrict by user type
11. Save
