Important Links Widget

This widget provides quick links to external sites/online documents, or internal/site page locations.

Setup

1. Open the Important Links Widget Manager
2. Click +Add
3. Give the link a label (how it should appear in the widget)
4. Set the sort order
5. Check the box if you want it to open in a new window
6. Choose a Font Awesome Icon (optional)
7. Select your Link Type (only choose one type)
   • External Link – Alternate website or link that leaves the zFairs site
   • Page Link – Link to a page you created in zFairs
   • System Link – Built-in zFairs page (dropdown options)
   • Flex Flows – Only if you have a flex flow set up
8. Choose who can access the link. Optionally require login; if not required, anyone with your site URL can use the link
9. Optionally choose a user type to restrict access
10. Save
