• Bulk Mailer Send an email to all of your students, teachers, staff, volunteers, or judges.
• Security Our Head Developer is the lead architect for a mobile banking software company and uses many of the same methods to help ensure that your information is safe. We have implemented and maintained several security layers to ensure your data and our systems are secure and safe. We do not sell or share your information with third-party vendors.
• Media Release Electronic form and electronic signatures. Automatically sent out to parents via email upon the registration of their student. This form can also be signed by the parent right off of the Project Dashboard. Track who has signed your Electronic Media Release Document. This form can be customized to your fair.
• Hold Harmless Electronic form and electronic signatures. Automatically sent out to parents via email upon the registration of their student. • Judge Auto Assign Assign judges projects to judge by the click of a button. Set up your judging preferences. Monitor how many judges you will need to fulfill your desired preferences vs. how many judges have registered on your site. Judges will have access only to the student they have been assigned to when using Online Judging.
