Archiving Fair

How to Archive your fair

  1. Sign into your zFairs site with your Admin account
  2. Click the gray info icon (i) in the bottom-right
  3. Search Refresh
  4. Click Open next to Refresh Your Event (also listed as Refresh/Archive Your Event)
  5. Follow the step-by-step wizard to archive previous information and prepare for your next event
  6. Review options carefully:
    • Which user types to remove (you can keep judges)
    • Whether to reset remaining accounts to first-time login
    • Archive Before Date if early registrations already exist
  7. Confirm only when you are sure — archive cannot be undone
