Why Can't I see my students

Teacher: I don't see my students.
Sometimes when a teacher logs in, they can't see their students. There are a number of things that can cause this. We will list the most common reasons here and how to address each one.
- Student has not completed registration
- Sign-in as a staff member or admin
- Click on the "Create Account" tab and click "Partially Registered"
- Search the list for your missing student
- If your student is listed; they have not completed registration
- Student registered to the wrong teacher
- Sign-in as a staff member or admin
- Click on Students
- Search for missing student
- Verify that the correct teacher is selected
- If the correct teacher is not selected; then select the correct teacher and save changes
- Teacher has multiple accounts
- Sign-in as a staff member or admin
- Click on "People" tab
- Search for your teacher by name
- If you see that your teacher is listed more than once; then they have created duplicate accounts.
- To Fix this:
- Confirm that the two accounts are indeed the same teacher.
- Click on the "Select" button
- Select each teacher name
- Click "Merge Teachers"
- Select which account to keep and click "Merge"
- This will merge any students that registered under the teacher's accounts together under the account that was kept.
