Our software has many features to support virtual events including registration, uploads, fee collection, judging, and data reports. Here are some of the capabilities our software can do for virtual submissions and judging:
Entry Presentation
- Participants can submit their entry electronically
- Profile Pictures (optional)
- Entry Pictures (optional)
- Single and team entry supported
- Upload other documents as need (optional)
- Link to video presentations (optional)
- Hold Judging interviews with participants via our online video chat (optional)
Judging
- Judges can view and score projects virtually on any internet supported device
- Make judging assignments (optional)
- Judges can review entry information including: entry pictures, uploaded documents, responses to questionnaires, and other materials provided by the participants
- Hold live judging interviews with participants via our video chat (optional)
Judge Collaboration
- Assign judge captains that have special access to assign judges to projects, monitor scoring, and manage their team
- Provide virtual judging rooms (group video chat) where judges can meet, discuss, and decide what awards to assign to entries
