* Schools only need to be registered once to create an account in zFairs. When you archive each year you can keep school accounts or delete them and start fresh.

=== Teacher creates a school ===
Teachers register as usual, then choose '''Add a School that is not listed'''. In that form they can select whether the school covers registration fees. Once selected, students who pick that school skip checkout for that fee and complete registration without paying personally.

It is up to the event administrator to send invoices and collect fees from schools. Use '''Invoice Manager''' (Staff menu) for invoice issues.

If school accounts already exist, staff/admin must manually edit the account and check the school-pays box. After save, a school icon appears next to the name so paying schools are easy to identify:
