Staff and Admin Entry/Project Management/Project Images

From zFairs Contest Management

Add project images (e.g. quad charts)

With Judging - Show Entry Images on, also enable:

  • Entry - Images Allow PDF Upload
  • Entry - Images: Up to 3 images

That provides space to upload quad charts or similar. “3 images” means 3 files. Multi-page PDFs count as one file; users can still upload two more files.

Rename label to “Quad Chart”

  1. Click i → search Custom System Text
  2. Search for participant.info.label.projectpictures
  3. Click Manage
  1. In the Content box, type Quad chart (or your preferred label)

These images appear in judging and in the showcase (if used).
