What are Quick Access Keys?

Quick Access Keys are used to log in instead of a username/password. Once users are assigned a Quick Access Key, a link and QR code are created and connected to their account. By clicking the link or scanning the QR code, they will be signed into their account without needing to enter their username/password. After Quick Access Keys have been assigned, the link and QR code can be found for judges in the "Judge's Detail" report. The QR code will also be found on the Check-In page by clicking the icon next to their name. This is helpful on the day of your event as users are checking in, a staff member can open the QR code for them to scan, in case they have forgotten their username or password. You can also send their link through the Bulk Mailer. To send the link, include $SIGNINTOKEN$ in the email, and it will be replaced by their unique link.

In order to create Quick Access Keys, the following setting must be enabled.
