Auto-Tags

What are Auto-Tags?

Auto-Tags are people or project tags that are added automatically to a person/project. You can select the criteria for the Auto-Tag, and zFairs will automatically apply this tag to any person/project that meets the criteria.

You will not be able to manually tag a person/project with an Auto-Tag. You can remove the tag, but it will be re-added after about 30 minutes.

How to create Auto-Tags

  • Go to the Staff drop-down menu > Tags (Or click the Create Auto-Tags button below)
  • Click Add
  • Select Auto from the Type drop-down
  • Enter the name, color, and notes for the Auto-Tag click Save
  • Use the Auto Tag Settings section to select the Criteria for the tag
  • Click Save
