Media Release and Hold Harmless e-sign
Parents receive a link to the Media Release and Hold Harmless. They land on this login screen:
Collecting e-signatures uses a private registration to verify a valid signature. This login is for the parent, not the student. In most cases the parent will Register to Sign — creating a small profile with name, email, and password.
If a parent signed in a prior year, they can reuse the same credentials.
After login, they read the release, type their name as shown, and submit.
Adding forms to be uploaded
Use paperwork/forms configuration and the Paperwork Manager to add required uploadable forms for your event.
