This page documents the Judging Feedback Manager instructional flow in the zFairs setup assistant.

Overview

Review and send feedback to students, parents, and/or teachers.

Review Feedback

  • Go to the Judging Menu > Judging Feedback Manager
  • Click the orange "Review" button next to the project ID. (Note: The list is organized so feedback that needs to be reviewed is moved to the top)
  • Review the feedback
  • If changes need to be made before sending the feedback, type the new feedback in the "Revised Comments" section. This will be sent instead of the original comments
  • If no changes need to be made, simply click save
  • If you don't want this feedback to be sent to the student, check the box labeled "Do not share these comments"

Send Feedback

  • Click "Open Send Feedback Instructions"
  • Enter the Subject and Message you would like to send
  • Check the box if you would only like to send reviewed feedback
  • Select which Entry Types, Divisions, and Rounds you would like to send Feedback for
  • Choose who you are sending the feedback to
  • Click "Preview Feedback" to see the emails that will be sent
  • When you are ready, click "Send Feedback Now"
