This page documents the Judging Circles instructional flow in the zFairs setup assistant.
Overview
Add Judging Circles
- Click Generate Circles for the round you would like to create the Judging Circles for
- Enter the name prefix, the number of judges, and the number of projects per circle
- Click Generate Circles
Add Judge Groups
- Go to the Judge Groups tab
- Click Add Judge Group
- Enter the information for the Judge Group and Add Judges
Assign Entries to Circles
- Go to Judging Assignments Tab
- Stay on the Entries Tab
- Click on the icon next to the entry you would like to add to a circle, and select which circle you would like to add it to
Assign Judge Groups to Circles
- Go to the Circles tab
- Click the edit icon on the circle
- Select the Judge Group to assign to the Circle
Click the button below to start creating your judging circles. This can also be found by going to the Judging drop-down > Circle Setup and Management.
Steps
1. Create Judging Circles
Navigates to: /app/judgingcircles
