Anything you have there now will be cleared out and then we will add the standard ISEF forms to your Paperwork > File Setup page.
Only do this if you are okay losing what is there.
Steps
1. See What's There Now
Navigates to: /app/setup/paperwork
2. Proceed with Clear and Add
