Judging sessions

Judging Sessions is a set time when judging will happen, the details are up to you. Judging sessions are presented to judges when they register or look at their profile. Judges can select which judging sessions they want to participate in and select each that apply.

When you auto assign judges you can select which judging session applies for the given round, so that we only assign those judges that signed up for this session.

Create Judging sessions

1. Sign in to your zFairs site as a staff or admin
2. Go to Judging Sessions (found under Staff -> Constest/Fair Setup)
3. Under the User & Registration Type Settings
4. Click Add New and fill out the form
5. Click Save and repeat until you have added all of your judging sessions

Enable Judging Sessions

1. Sign in to your zFairs site as a staff or admin
2. Go to settings (found under Staff -> Constest/Fair Setup)
3. Under the User & Registration Type Settings
4. Select Judges
5. Enable Ask judge when they are available to judge
6. Click the Save button at the bottom
