Running a Science Fair, History Day Contest, Invention Convention or any other type of Fair, Contest or Competition has never been easier.   • Day 1 (Estimated 2 hours)

      • Set grades
    • Set schedule
    • Register schools
    • Register test student
    • Register test judge
    • Register test teacher
    • Adjust questions asked during registration
  • Day 2 (Estimated 2 hours)
    • Customize text on pages
    • Review and/or change:
      • Categories
      • Awards
      • Custom student questions
      • Custom project questions
      • Judges preferences
  • Day 3 (Estimated 2 hours)
    • Register another test student
    • Register another test teacher
    • Register another test judge
    • Adjust registration questions as needed
  • Day 4 (Estimated 2 hours)
    • Make changes as you see fit or do additional testing so you are comfortable

Suggestion Schedule for Contest Setup

Schedule:

  • 1 - 6 Months Before:
    • Have students start their projects
    • Setup/Review Judging rubric
    • Identify potential judges
    • Identify the venue of your contest
    • Setup Site (see below)
  • 3 Weeks Before:
    • Notify students that registration starts in 1 week
    • Notify judges to start registering
  • 2 Weeks Before:
    • Open student registration
  • 1 Week Before:
    • Close student registration
  • 3 Days Before:
    • Make judging assignments
    • Print out badges
    • Print out entry place holders
    • Etc.
  • Day Before:
    • Setup venue
  • Day of:
    • Relax it will be okay
  • Day after:
    • sleep
