- 13:59:46 From Nancy H - CO : Hi, My off topic question for today is: What determines the order of the projects in the Showcase? I know you can search by category, etc, but I wondered how the full showcase is organized - it isn't obvious to me. Thanks
- 14:05:32 From CYNTHIA LETCHER : Can a teacher also be a judge?
- 14:05:38 From Wynona : Earlier I was trying to create a student profile. After registering it said that their role was Teacher, when I tried to switch it over to student in the drop-down menu I couldn't choose it and it said I had to remove and re-register. Why am I not able to change their role?
- 14:07:08 From Harold Clark : I changed two people's roles from Teacher to Staff. They now show up in the Staff list, but they are still listed as Teachers. I checked and they have only once account.
- 14:08:36 From David DiPaolo : I have student getting stuck on form 1B, it requires a student and parent signature. But they are not allow to click on the box and sign.
- 14:08:39 From Mark Fontaine : Can our special award organizations look at all the projects and uploads prior to selecting who they wish to interview? Our hope is to let them look around at the material students have uploaded and give us a list of projects that they want to interview which we would then schedule.
- 14:09:22 From Nancy H - CO : The showcase is lots more random in my fair - not by category
- 14:09:23 From Sheila Weahkee : looks like by project number
- 14:10:11 From Dr. Amna Ahmad : can students and teachers see judges feedback and comments?
- 14:10:28 From Ann Shioji : If a teacher has already created an account and want to be a judge, do they have to recreate an account? Or can I just change their role from a teacher to a judge, can I do that the week of our fair and now they can be a judge?
- 14:14:07 From Timara Underbakke MN : Where can students, teachers or admin upload a PDF of the research plan? We have many projects that have multiple page plans.
- 14:14:52 From Harold Clark : Where do I remove a school association with a teacher? Edited account, hit Teacher tab, list of schools shows up, but no option to eliminate school.
- 14:17:00 From Sheila Weahkee : how do you remove alarm when judge marks student as not present
- 14:17:38 From Wynona : It is still doing it when I choose to register as a student, it still ends up being teacher. Is this a bug?
- 14:17:42 From MaryEileen : Is that "send feedback" done for each individual project or a mass send?
- 14:18:33 From Dr. Amna Ahmad : Is it possible for students to modify their projects after they are judges for district and before the project are promoted to county fair?
- 14:18:34 From Yvette Santana-Taveras : Can you also review SRC emails/comments before sending?
