Forms and Paperwork (Participants, Parents, and Teachers)

FORMS DO NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO FINISH REGISTRATION!!

There are three types of forms/paperwork submissions in zFairs.

• Paperwork Uploads
• Form Packets (Interactive/E-Sign)
• Hold Harmless and Media Release (Auto Send)

This will guide you through all three and what participants, parents, and teachers need to do to get these signed and submitted.

Paperwork Upload

You can upload forms into zFairs by paperwork upload or through packets. However, some events only opt to do paperwork uploads. Some events also use this technique to upload additional entry submission needs. If you see a page like the one below, then you have Paperwork Upload.

If you are a participant in an ISEF affiliated event, then you may be asked to fill out an ISEF wizard. The ISEF wizard will determine which ISEF forms will be required for your event. Read more about ISEF forms and the ISEF wizards HERE.

This page is where you will upload your forms. Select a form from the left and click on "Choose PDF or Image" to upload your form into zFairs. Once you have selected your file, it will show you a preview of your document below. If it looks good, click "Upload" to upload your form into zFairs. If there are issues, you will be notified. In most cases, issues come from file type or from internet connection issues. zFairs recognizes multiple file types such as pdf, png, jpeg, doc and

Clicking on "Download Template" will open a template file of the form. The form may allow you to fill out some fields on the computer. You can fill these in and then print or save your form to your computer. Make sure to gather signatures before uploading the form back into zFairs.

You can click "Save and Continue" to bypass this page and finish your registration. Make sure you come back to finish your forms by clicking on "paperwork" found in your menu when you finish registering.
