This page documents the Recommended Judging Flow instructional flow in the zFairs setup assistant.

Overview

Ideal for events that judges will go out and judge the projects, and then come back as a group to identify the awards.


Steps

1. Setup

Getting your event ready for judging can be very stressful, following this guide should greatly reduce that stress.

  • Generate & Print Table Printouts report. This report generates a page for each entry, it is ordered by project Id. Layout your event in the order that these pages are printed, this makes it easy for judges, participants, and anyone else to find an entry.
  • Generate & Print Category Judging Sheet. This report is divided into categories all being sorted the same way the Table Printouts report is sorted. You will give your category captains their category page(s) from this report.
