If you choose to Auto Assign Judges, you can still make manual changes after the assignments have been made. Select whether you would like to assign judges manually or automatically below.

- Go to the Auto Assign Judges tab
- Fill in all information on the Auto Assign Judges Page (See descriptions of each below)
- Judge Pool: Select if you would like to assign All Judges, Judges that have Checked In, or Active Judges
- Judge Session: This will assign Judges based on the Session they said they were available to judge during registration. If you do not have separate sessions set up for your event, leave this as All.
- Judges For Each Project: Specify how many Judges will be assigned to each project
- Max Projects Per Judge: Specify the max number of projects a single judge will be assigned
- Judges Project Mix: "Single Category (Mixed Avoid)" will attempt to only assign judges projects from a single category. If there aren't enough judges, then judges will receive projects from other categories, as well. "Single Category (No Mixed)" will only assign judges projects from a single category, so if you don't have enough judges, some projects may end up with fewer judges than others. "Mixed Categories" will assign judges projects from multiple categories.
- Division: Select which division you would like to assign judges for. If you do not have separate Divisions set up for your event, leave this as All.
- Respect Judges Preferences: Check this box if you would like to only assign judges projects from the categories they selected during registration. If you check this box and don't have enough judges in each category, some projects may end up with fewer judges than others.
- Respect Judges Sessions: Check this box if you would like to only assign judges projects during the sessions they selected during registration.
- Assign Judges to a group of size: These judges will all be assinged the same projects and work together. Default is 1, judges will all be assigned their own list of assignments. Group size larger then 1 will only respect the category preferneces of one of the judges at random.
- After you selected all of your preferences for assigning judges, click Assign Judges.
You can now go to the Projects or Judges tab to view the assignments that were made, and make any desired changes.
