Custom Service Agreement

This allows you to create a custom Service Agreement instead of the standard Service Agreement used by zFairs.

Custom Data Privacy & Security Agreement

This allows you to create a custom Data Privacy & Security Agreement instead of the standard Data Privacy & Security Agreement used by zFairs.

Dedicated Support (On-site or Virtual)

Have dedicated support on-site with you, or virtually in a conference room during your event.

zFairs Event Coordinator

zFairs will be your event coordinator. This is especially helpful in case of an emergency that the event coordinator is unable to make it to the event.

Video Uploads

Participants can upload their video directly to your site. No need for a URL to a video hosted elsewhere, everything is in zFairs. This means:

• All videos can be viewed in the browser or downloaded.

• No more worrying about posting on other hosting services.

• No more worrying about file permissions.

• After your event, you can request a ZIP file containing all the uploaded videos.

SMS (Text Messages)

Send messages to participants via SMS (Text message). This is especially helpful in situations where participants register with a school email, and the mailbox blocks emails from outside senders (such as zFairs). By using SMS, will still be able to communicate with the participants.

Video Conferencing Call in Number

We will provide a number to call into the video conference. This is especially helpful if you are unable to connect to video conferencing during your event, there is a number you can use to still connect.

Custom Home Page

For those that would like a custom home page built for their site.

Custom 3D Event Platform

We will create a 3D page on your site that you can navigate for your fair.

Custom Development

Access to custom development for your site.
