Check In

Check in is a great feature for in person events. It allows you to check / indicate who has arrived as they come through the door and can then be followed up with only showing the checked in projects for Online Judging.

Where & How to Configure

You can access the feature by going to Staff -> Check In.

Also, you can go to Staff -> Fair Setup -> Settings -> Premium Features -> Online Judging -> Online Judging - Only show Checked-In Projects under find project features

• NOTE: This should only ever be enabled for In Person events.

Quick Tips

On that page you'll have access to Search, Filter by User Type, Check In an individual, Refresh the list and Clear All Check-Ins.
