Check in is a great feature for in-person events. It allows you to check / indicate who has arrived as they come through the door and can then be followed up with only showing the checked in projects for Online Judging.
Where & How to Configure
- You can access the feature by going to Staff -> Check In.
- On that page you'll have access to Search, Filter by User Type, Check In an individual, Refresh the list and Clear All Check-Ins.
- For in-person judging, go to "advanced settings"
- Search for "Judging-Hide Entries that Have Not been Checked In"
- This will hide entries of participants who are unable to be there for in-person judging.
