Check in is a great feature for in person events. It allows you to check / indicate who has arrived as they come through the door and can then be followed up with only showing the checked in projects for Online Judging.
Where & How to Configure
- You can access the feature by going to Staff -> Check In.
- Also, you can go to Staff -> Fair Setup -> Settings -> Premium Features -> Online Judging -> Online Judging - Only show Checked-In Projects under find project features
- NOTE: This should only ever be enabled for In Person events.
Quick Tips
- On that page you'll have access to Search, Filter by User Type, Check In an individual, Refresh the list and Clear All Check-Ins.
