Automatic Judge Assign

You can auto assign all judges projects to judge with the click of a button. This feature can only be used if the judges participating in your fair register on your zFairs site. These assignments can then be printed or if using online judging, the judges will only have access to judge the projects they’ve been assigned to judge.

If you choose not to use the Auto Assign Judges feature and you are using Online Judging, you can simply assign categories to your judges. Have them login, click on "Judging", "Judging", select their assigned "Category" and click "See Projects". Ask them to judge the “next” project on the list provided (that they have not previously judged) as the system will place projects that have not yet been judged at the top of the list and those projects that have been judged the most amount of times at the bottom of the list.
