- We do not sell or share data collected via our zFairs Contest Management System.
- You own your data, we host it and use it in our business to provide our services.
- Your data may be used as we develop and maintain our systems and services.
- Your data may be used as we provide notices or solicit feedback.

- We are COPPA compliant
- We are FERPA compliant
Security
- We work hard to ensure your data is secure and protected.
- We use both physical and software firewalls and antivirus systems.
- All data is encrypted while in transit.
- Data is also encrypted in rest.
- We only allow encrypted connections to our zFairs Contest Management System.
- We do not store Credit Card information we use Stripe which manages our PCI issues.
- All of our data centers are located both in California and Utah; we do not store any data outside of the USA
