- Judges preferences
- Day 3 (Estimated 2 hours)
- Register another test student
- Register another test teacher
- Register another test judge
- Adjust registration questions as needed
- Day 4 (Estimated 2 hours)
- Make changes as you see fit or do additional testing so you are comfortable
Suggestion Schedule for Contest Setup
Schedule:
- 1 - 6 Months Before:
- Have students start their projects
- Setup/Review Judging rubric
- Identify potential judges
- Identify the venue of your contest

- 3 Weeks Before:
- Notify students that registration starts in 1 week
- Notify judges to start registering
- 2 Weeks Before:
- Open student registration
- 1 Week Before:
- Close student registration

- Make judging assignments
