How to Make an Anchor
- Highlight text of where you want to set the Anchor
- Click the flag icon in the editor
- Add Name
- Click OK
Set Link to Anchor
- Highlight text of what the user will click to go to the anchor
- Click Link Button
- in the URL place #<name of anchor>
- Click OK
