If it is greater than 20 MB they will need to divide into part 1, part 2 part 3 and upload each as a single pdf.  You set this up all of your deliverables (things to be uploaded). Go to Paperwork > file set up   You can determine who sees what and if it is required or not etc.

:14:40:44	 From  Patti Carothers 1 California : On showcase- I accidently checked it and we have a key.  Students that were registered were then able to see all of the students and their deliverables..  so I assume we keep it unchecked until we want to have our showcase??
