When you archive each year you can keep school accounts or delete them and start fresh.<br /> <br /> === Turn OFF the state list ===<br /> Go to &#039;&#039;&#039;Staff → All Settings → Use Pre-Loaded Schools (by State)&#039;&#039;&#039; and switch to &#039;&#039;&#039;Off&#039;&#039;&#039;.<br /> <br /> === Teacher creates a school ===<br /> Teachers register as usual, then choose &#039;&#039;&#039;Add a School that is not listed&#039;&#039;&#039;. In that form they can select whether the school covers registration fees. Once selected, students who pick that school skip checkout for that fee and complete registration without paying personally.<br /> <br /> It is up to the event administrator to send invoices and collect fees from schools.
