== Using Schools and Grades ==
If you have K-12 participants, and would like to gather school information, there are several settings that can help you.

=== Adding Schools ===
Via settings you can turn on or off school registration. There is also a list of configs that control the information found in the school registration. Typically Staff and Admin can add/register schools, but you can also allow teachers and participants to add "missing" schools during their personal registration.

After turning on "Registration - Allow Schools to be Registered" in All Settings, you can also turn on and off what fields you want to show, or have filled out on the registration form, by searching for the "School - " configs.

To add a school as a staff or admin:
# In the menu click on '''Staff''' then '''Schools'''
# click "Add" to add a School
# Type in the school's information
# Check the boxes if the school is paying registration fees
# Click "Save" when finished
